Better Late than Never

As an artist, I try to take in as much art from other artists and mediums. Music is often one of my biggest inspirations, but beyond that I’ve foudn myself incresingly interested in the surreal. Being able to sustain an emotional or physical reaction based on something that is not immediately recognizable is a fascinating concept to me.

My approach in this set is heavily focused on contrast; contrast of texture, of color, and of light. They were captured on my Fujifilm xt3 with a vintage FD macro lens adapted to it.

Brief entry and just a few photos, but I hope you enjoy my foray into more abstract photography!
