Far Away Truths
A friend of mine recently invested in a drone. He’s been largely using it to collect footage for future and current filmmaking projects on his radar, but I could get out of my mind the kinds of shots I would be able to achieve with that kind of perspective.
After a while of shooting and messing around with the drone, I decided to use some of the arial shots to test an effect I’d been working on; tilt-shift.
I’m pretty happy with how these tests went, I tried to nail the ‘miniature’ effect on the major drone shots.
